At the beginning of the month, I privately emailed the winner of my monthly contest who confirmed receipt of my notice immediately after….however, per the rules of my contest – an appointment must be scheduled by the 7th day of the month in order to redeem the prize. The session doesn’t need to happen within the first week of the month, but it certainly must be scheduled by that time….
After the initial confirmation of my letter – I’ve heard no response from my winner despite several attempts. I have no choice but to revoke the prize and issue it to the second name drawn. If the original winner wishes to come forward please email me privately.
