Going a Bit Vintage…

There’s a newer playmate in my life who has a VERY specific set of interests…

I think it’s that specificity that draws me to him; it’s a challenge to make his monomaniacal fetish into an ever evolving reality. I try and I enjoy it, though he over thinks the simplicity so much he often convinces himself my zeal is more of a professional facade than a deep personal interest. Silly boy! At this point, it doesn’t matter, he will come to believe me in time and in the preset his fetish has rubbed off on me in a big way.

He happens to have a penchant for vintage style, you see… that ultra sensual look that comes exclusively (for him) in the form of tight girdles, garter belts, fully fashioned stockings and uber high heels. Oh Bettie Page, what have you done to my playmate?!

I know most people have an image of a Dominatrix that includes slick latex, a cruel expression and lots of leather, but I’d be hard pressed to believe that’s what ALL of my viewers and visitors envision in their personalized fantasy. It may be an iconic and indispensable wardrobe, and surely I’m not thumbing my nose at it, but it does have a time and a place. Not ALL of my pets are looking for a hard core Mistress and more often than not, novices are much more easily seduced into BDSM if they aren’t intimated by the look of the practioner. That said, I think there’s a niche for ‘softer’ more retro attire in my practice. Makes perfect sense when you think about it, or maybe I’m just fishing for an excuse here….

So, as often as I can get away with it, I’m going to sneak in some Bettie Page style….and I do mean the full throwback look! Since this is a more recent decision, my collection is limited. Though I fully enjoyed sporting a new ensemble during a recent scene where I played the part of the strict and controlling girlfriend.

Very appropriate, don’t you think? I really should have found a way to take a snapshot from the back. The tops of my stockings are lace up and tied very nicely into the stays of my garter belt.

If you’d like to see me in something specific you’re entirely welcome to let me know or bring it yourself  (something I’ve not welcomed in the past).
